The Goal2Include project aims to promote education and empowerment through sport, with a particular focus on improving the inclusion of girls and women from marginalized communities. Using soccer as its main tool, the project seeks to develop physical, mental and social skills, while addressing gender disparities and promoting social inclusion.
One of the major objectives is to develop resources and strategies to enable greater inclusion of women in soccer. This includes the creation of specific tools that will enable organizations and communities to actively engage in inclusive initiatives.
The project is divided into three main phases. The first is a preparation phase, involving planning, coordination and bringing together partners. The second is implementation, which includes the development of a toolbox for social inclusion and the organization of dedicated training courses, combining theoretical and practical aspects. Finally, a sustainability phase will be carried out to ensure the durability of the initiatives and the results achieved.
