In Kosovo, the integration of non-majority communities into society and education remains a challenge. Despite government efforts, progress is slow, with discrimination and gender-based violence limiting opportunities, particularly for women.
Our “Sport 4 Inclusion” project addresses these issues by building the capacity of young people and civil society organizations (CSOs) through sporting activities that promote social cohesion and combat discrimination. The project aims to strengthen CSOs by equipping them with the tools they need to mobilize young people and promote inclusion. Through events and initiatives, the project will also raise awareness in the wider community.
To achieve these objectives, we are focusing on two key outcomes:
1. Strengthen CSOs to empower young people, fight discrimination and build inclusive communities.
2. Raise young people's awareness of gender equality, shared values and collaboration through community projects.
